BLUELINE - UX&ui case study (1/3) - research
The first part of this project is an in-depth look at how I conduct user experience research before kicking off a project. By understanding user behaviors, needs, and attitudes using different observation and feedback collection methods. It helps us understand how people live their lives so that we can respond to their needs with informed design solutions.

Growing up in a big and united family, I have witnessed my family members enjoy helping others since I was a child, so it also affects me to find my joy in helping others. Throughout my UX career, I have enjoyed making an impact on society or helping people in need. By discovering and studying the psychological nature behind human behaviors, listening to people’s needs and pains from different backgrounds, different ages, and different abilities, have greatly helped me to achieve my goal: design something that’s accessible to everyone. That's also what I value and enjoy as a UX designer.

As a team member, I always place the team's value above my own. Besides being creative, I'm meticulous and responsible for completing tasks on time. It is an honor for me to learn from my peers, I love to speak with different people, and I believe communication can bring people closer together and lead to greater collaborations. I love brainstorming to contribute my ideas to the design phase, I have a critical eye, and sometimes I am brave enough to say no. Time management is another thing I'm good at. Making time efficient is my principle, whether it's at work or in my personal life. Prioritizing things is what I usually do when faced with multiple tasks.

My participation in a Y-combinator startup involved assisting the product manager and engineer in designing, integrating, testing, and launching a mobile application linked to wrist-worn wearables designed to detect people at risk for sepsis and to work toward preventing the disease.

In a cross-functional international team, I collaborated with the project manager on a variety of small projects, focusing mainly on graphic design, improving UX&UI design, animation designs, and UX motion design in order to create a better user experience in news filtering between fake and true.

Track & Ship is a mobile lifestyle app that provides an operations platform integrating receiving tracking and sending packages. Users can track all-in-net packages on this platform or send pick-up requests to different logistics companies.
